-Our traditional analog and automatic watches are covered by a 6-month Machine warranty from the date of purchase.

-We do not offer a warranty for any products other than traditional analog and automatic watches. We do not offer a warranty for smartwatches and electronic gadgets.

Our traditional watches are covered by a 6-month Machine warranty from the date of purchase.

-Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in the watch's machine (movement) and craftsmanship.

-Conditions:
Valid only for watches purchased directly from our website.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

-Claim Process:

Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the machine-related issue.
Our team will guide you through the necessary steps for resolution.

-Resolution:
If the watch's machine is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the watch.

-Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, water-related damage,color changes, or wear and tear.

-Waterproof Warranty:
We do not provide a warranty for the waterproof features of our watches. We not give water warranty in any product.

-Shipping and Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product. We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement or repaired watch.

-Documentation:
Retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims. Additional documentation may be required based on the nature of the claim.
